Returns Policy
Returns: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds: Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). This can take up to 14 days.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Many of my larger prints use Gelato Print on Demand. That means I only print what’s needed and avoid waste. They also only use local distributors.
I also have some items as physical stock, including some smaller prints.

To keep shipping affordable and sustainable, some items are packed and sent by me, while others are printed and shipped by trusted partners. This helps keep costs low and quality high.
